Today is Monday, which means it is Kitchen Sink Time and Crew Challenge #2! Today’s Hostess is from one of the Kitchen’s newest crew members, Angela! 😀 Here for Angela’s challenge: A Kitchen for the Kitchen. Her inspiration came after seeing the colors and clean lines from this fabulous kitchen photo taken by Rachel Denbow, at Bling on my Sewing Machine. Rachel’s photo can be found here in her Flickr gallery.inspiration-kitchen1

Isn’t the image wonderful?! I love these colors! I must admit though, not colors that I normally use… but I just had so much fun playing with these colors, I couldn’t stop!!! 😀 Now, I have been in the need of some thank you cards that you could send to a man and I thought the clean lines and colors were perfect for a “guy” card. Well, while I was having so much fun… I got a bit carried away and came up with 4 cards! LOL! 😀 THANKS, Angela! 😀

Here is my first card for Angela’s KS Crew Challenge #2:

Now, I just have to mention this new black paper that I recently discovered, it is a metallic paper, well almost like it has “metallic flakes” in the paper… very cool! 😀 It is called: Malmero Perle – Noir and Star Dream Chiara – AquaMarine (hard to tell but used to mat the sentiment above and seen in sample #4 below).

For inspiration, please check out what the entire KS Crew has cooked up for this challenge!
