Heartfelt Sympathy

Today I have two sympathy cards to share. The first card I used Multi-Step Lilies and Words of Comfort & Joy on the inside. The second card is with 3 Step Bitty Tulip Bouquet and the sentiment is from 3 Step Daisy.

A sweet rememberance with pearls, roses & daisies

Today’s card is for a dear Aunt, whose smile was as cheerful as her favorite flowers… Roses and Daisies.  She is in a far better place, but will be sorely missed!

The KS Crew has inspiring samples to share with you today too

More Hydrangeas!

I just love Hydrangeas! All the different colors just amaze me! Fresh or dried… doesn’t matter… just gorgeous!

But, I will admit, as much as I love these flowers… they can frustrate me!

I have been trying and trying to have the purple-blue hydrangeas (stay) in my garden. NOPE! They always turn pink! Don’t me get wrong… I love the pink (light and dark) ones too! I just can’t keep the blue ones! I have added acid to the soil, iron to the soil, oak leaves, even a rusted old pipe under the plant base (a suggestion from a friend). Nope! They turned pink or green (which is cool in its self), but NO blue! 😦

So, if I can’t have it in my garden, I will have it on my paper! 😀
