Lots to Celebrate!

There has been a lot to celebrate in our house lately with birthdays & graduations! But the celebrating doesn’t stop there … Kitchen Sink Stamps is also celebrating with the long-awaited release of new stamps!

That’s right!

Five new stamp sets from Kitchen Sink Stamps

… are almost here and will be available on June 10th!                                                                      (That’s one week from today – YaHoo!)

I must share that I did something a little different when it came to designing the new stamp for this release. I asked the KSCrew, “What stamp set have YOU always wanted from KSS?”. Boy-O-Boy was I inspired by their input! Since I can hardly wait for you all you to see, I’ll have a new peak to show every day until Monday, June 10th! Here is your first peak. 🙂

PLUS … to add to the fun, beginning on June 10th, a special giveaway will be happening over on the KSS Forum for all our registered members. Please, stay tuned to find out more.

Now, if that wasn’t enough cause for excitement … look who is back in the Kitchen to help us celebrate the new stamp release and help us cook up some multi-step inspiration ???

Tammy Hershberger, that’s who!

Welcome back, Tammy! Always great to have you back in the Kitchen stamping with us!

That is all my news for today so I will leave today you with two single layered cards.  Thanks for stopping by and have a Happy (and inky) Monday!

Happy Kitchen Sink Monday with Happy News

Welcome to another Kitchen Sink Stamps Monday!

I have a lot of exciting news I want to share with you toady. I am very excited to be welcoming three familiar faces who are joining myself and the rest of the KS Crew Design Team as part of the team.

I do believe you are going to recognize these lovely and very talented ladies: Lisa Somerville, Connie McCotter and Makiko Jones! I am a huge fan of their work and am thrilled that they will be sharing their beautiful creations along with the rest of the talented KS Crew! Please join me in welcoming Connie, Lisa and Mikiko to the Kitchen! 😀

Now for another little surprise, I am sure you have seen the adorable crocheted flowers that are being sold for scrapbooking and card making… (thank goodness because I can barely tie a knot, let alone crochet :D). Well, I have been keeping another little secret …*giggle* … my talented sister in-law crotcheted these fabulous daffodil flowers on today’s card! I just love them! daffodills-cardThey are just too cute! When I saw them, I knew exactly what I was going to do with them and stamped 3 separate stalks using the small tulip stalks from Multi Step™ Tulip Garden. Then I glued on the flowers. I am bugging her to make more… to sell them …what do you think? Should she sell them?

Please don’t forget to stop by and visit the rest of the KS Crew, including our newest Crew members, and see what they have created to inspire you.

Well wishes and a big Hug!

Some sad news I must share.
Kitchen Sink Design Crew Member, Rebecca Oehlers is leaving the kitchen … her very busy schedule is just making it too difficult to stay in the Kitchen.
I will miss Rebecca’s vivacious energy and bold, retro, “thinking out of the box” graphic style!
She is leaving with well wishes and a big huge hug from me and the rest of the Kitchen Crew.

We’ll miss you Becky!
