KS Crew Challenge #16 with Guest Hostess, Emilia.
A new month means a new challenge in the Kitchen… and today we have a Guest Hostess!
I am thrilled that Emilia had time during her busy summer travels to stop in the Kitchen for a visit. This is the second time she has been a Guest Hostess for KSS and it is always a pleasure to see what kind of challenge Emilia has cooked up for us!
Emilia’s challenge for us is: DECORATE YOUR CARD CORNERS
You can use any embellishment, below you find a list of some embellishments you can use but feel free to use any product that you think might look good on your card corners:
– dew drops
– peel-off stickers
– punched flowers
– stamped images
– photo corners
Here is today’s card, I pleated the twill ribbon behind the stamped Hibiscus flower, the same way I pleated the organza ribbon on my Thankful card.

Materials – Stamps: 3 Step Hibiscus, Plaid Plus!, Big & Bold Swashes, and Never a Loss 4 Words from Kitchen Sink Stamps. Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry and Shimmery White from SU! Kraft from Papertrey. Ink: (all Memento Inks) Flower: Step #1 Cantaloupe with Tangelo around the edges [see photos below], Step #2 Rose Bud, Step #3 Lilac Posies, Step #4 Sweet Plum, Step #5 Grape Jelly. Leaves: Step #1 Pear Tart, Step #2 Bamboo Leaves, Step #3 Cottage Ivy. Sentiment: Grape Jelly. Corners: Lilac Posies. Plaid: Pear Tart & Bamboo Leaves. I also used Bamboo Leaves to sponge the edges. Embellishments: Crystal adhesive rhinestones form Me & My Big Ideas. Berry Sorbet Twill ribbon from Papertrey.
