I have a new favorite as of last night. We were at a friends Christmas party and she made Almond Roca. It has a base of soda crackers, which you pour a mixture of brown sugar and butter over and bake it. It makes it into a crisp candy layer. Yum. Then just melt some chocolate chips over that and layer with slivered almonds. That’s the general idea but I did manage to come home with the actual recipe so I will be making it. Soooooo good. Oh, and I can’t wait to see your red and pink holiday preparations!!! So excited for that!
Merry Christmas!!
